Gravity can be your friend!


I have been working hard to keep my resolution to get into shape. I have been using the treadmill, walking with the family, renting a variety of exercise videos from the library and most recently I started a Gravity Class.

I absolutely love Gravity Class. It is a full body workout that not only works muscles you didn’t know you had, but also helps strengthen your core. After four classes I can feel myself getting stronger and more toned.

The best part is that I am doing it with my mom and my friends. I am getting girl time AND a firmer body.

What more could I ask for?
