It seems like I just started this blog, but it has been one year!
Christmas was very relaxing this year. I ordered most things online so I didn’t have to go out in the crowded mall. I love the internet…thanks Al Gore. Ha, ha!
Darling husband has been off for nearly three weeks and I really enjoy having him home. I wish he would work from home or start consulting again. I love spending time with him.
My dad gave my mom a laptop for Christmas and darling husband is downloading digital scrapbooking software on it so we can make a family cookbook. I thought it would be a nice way for us to spend time together and to document recipes that have been in our family for generations. I come from a long line of bakers and have fond memories of being in the kitchen with my grandmother, grandfather and my mother. I can’t wait to get started on this!
I am battling a cold so getting well is the only resolution I have at this time! I feel that I made some positive changes in my life in 2008 and can’t wait to see what I accomplish this year!
